Fees and Payment

For all outpatient services, we require full payment on the day of your appointment. When making a booking our staff will advise you of the cost in writing.

We accept the Department of Veterans' Affairs Gold cards.

For all inpatient services, we participate in the "known-gap" fee arrangement with private health funds, meaning there will be a pre defined out of pocket expense charged from Gastroenterology Clinics Queensland, provided you have adequate private health cover. For more information on private health insurance, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.

In the case inpatient services are not covered by a private health fund a quote for a planned procedure can be provided by our friendly staff.

Our fees are below the Australian Medical Association (AMA) recommended schedule of fees but please note, we are not a bulk billing practice.

If you have any concerns or queries regarding fees, please discuss this with us prior to your appointment.

Medicare offer a rebate for most of our services. For more information on the Medicare rebate, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.
